CreateYourBrands offers educational training, webinars, and related digital resources. Due to the nature of these digital products and live event access, all purchases and registrations are final once access has been granted or the event has occurred.
No-Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any educational products, webinars, trainings, or digital courses. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying for access to educational content and live or recorded event participation, and that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Access Delivery
Upon successful registration, you will receive access information (including Zoom links or other platform details) via the email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your email address and to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for delivery of access information.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a live event or digital product, please contact us at contact@createyourbrands.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but technical issues on your end do not entitle you to a refund.
Third-Party Tools
Any third-party tools, software, advertising accounts, or platform fees required to build or operate your e-commerce store are your own financial responsibility. We do not issue refunds for third-party purchases or subscription costs.
